A reminder to greet everything that arises with gratitude and openness.  Yes, even the challenges.  One of the greatest lessons I have learned is that the resistance to the 💩 causes more suffering than the actual perceived “problem” at hand.

I created reminders like this bracelet (and my whole business 🙂) because it is so easy to forget important concepts like this!
