I see a bracelet I like, but there isn't a custom size option available. Can I get it in a custom size?
If there isn't a custom size option available, it usually means materials are not available to make additional sizes. But you can always reach out to check- depending on the custom size needed, I may be able to use materials from the sized bracelet(s) on hand.
Can I get a bracelet customized with a word other than the one shown?
Yes! Please include your desired word or phrase with your sizing information when you place your order.
I have a large compilation of words and phrases- please reach out if you would like me to send it to you. I am working on adding an area specifically for custom orders that includes this master list. Thank you for your patience!

Some stones are described as "color enhanced." What exactly does this mean?
Stones described as color enhanced are dyed to enhance natural patterns and features. They are very stable, colorfast, and stand the test of time beautifully!
When will my order ship?
With the exception of prayer beads, orders ship within 1-3 business days. In this age of Amazon, I fully understand the need for speedy shipping, and will do my best to get your order in transit to you asap. Holiday orders ship same day or next day through 12/23/21.
Please note that orders eligible for free shipping ship via USPS. If an order is needed asap/by a specific date, I highly recommend choosing a UPS shipping option for a more reliable transit time.
Why are some bracelets pictured with tags?
Tags are used to sell inventory at live events and will be removed before shipping.
What size beads are used?
Bracelets are made with 8mm (“medium” size) beads unless otherwise noted in the individual product descriptions. Malas are also made with 8mm beads (marker beads are 10mm).
