Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To start a return, please contact me at tracey@miracleinyoucreations.com.  I will then send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if any items are defective or damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In the event of breakage with normal wear within a year of purchase, I will gladly replace or issue a refund.

Exchanges
If fit is not to your liking, please let me know- I will gladly exchange for the correct size.  Contact me at tracey@miracleinyoucreations.com with details and I will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds
After receipt of your return package, you will be refunded via your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
