Bracelet Sizing
All bracelets are made with stretch cord, but there are 6 different size options, because I believe a good fit is important. Sizes are the actual lengths of the beaded cord (in inches).
General References for Bracelet Size
- 6 – Fits extra small wrists.
- 6.5 – Fits small wrists. This is the size I wear.
- 7 – This is the most common women’s size in my experience.
- 7.5 – This is the universal “one size fits most” size, and is the most common men’s size in my experience. This is the size my husband Mike wears.
- 8 – Fits large wrists.
- 8.5 – Fits extra large wrists.
Measuring to Determine Your Bracelet Size
Step 1 – With flexible measuring tape, measure the base of your wrist, keeping the tape flush to your skin. You could also use a piece of string or a strip of paper in the same way, and then measure that with a ruler.

Step 2 – Add ½” to your wrist measurement. This number is your bracelet size. I recommend rounding up if you are between sizes. In my experience, this addition of ½” to your wrist measurement gives a nice comfortable fit- one that is not too tight, and not too loose.
